My name is Carlos Herrero, osteopathy and massage therapist for 10 years. I feel lucky to be able to dedicate my working life to something that is also a passion.
Touch is born from the commitment and love towards my work and towards the well-being of all the people who have passed through my professional path throughout these years.
Values
My greatest strength is approaching the body from a global point of view, thus applying all the techniques learned in osteopathy (cranial, visceral and structural), myofascial massage and different massage and relaxation techniques. By eliminating physical blockages, we will ensure that The energetic and emotional ones are also unblocked.
Purpose
My purpose in this profession is to accompany all the people who trust me, to improve their quality of life and well-being. Many of our physical blockages and our symptoms or disharmony are caused by the daily habits of our frenetic day-to-day life, the management of stress and emotions and how we eat or how we rest. Therefore, my focus is also to guide people to implement habits that improve their daily lives.
